Going GREEN!

Ingredients:

2 C Green Tea with ginger, lemon & cayenne
2 C Spinach
1/2 C Dandelion leaves
1/2 C Kale
1 C Pineapple
1/2 C Mango
1 tsp. Spirulina
1 tsp. Chia Seeds

 

Directions:  Place liquid in blender, add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth!

Happy Hormone Smoothie

Ingredients:

Frozen Banana

1 Large handful of Kale
1 Handful Baby Spinach
1 C Frozen Berries (I use blueberries)

2 tsp. Raw Cacao Powder 
1 Tbs. Coconut Oil

1/2 Avocado (peeled)
1 tsp. Cinnamon

1/2 tsp. Cayenne 
1/2 tsp. Turmeric

1/4 tsp. Ground Ginger
1 tsp. Hemp seeds

1 tsp. Chia seeds
1 C Almond Milk (more for a smoother blend)

 

Directions:  Place liquid in blender, add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth!

Purple Passion 

Ingredients:

1 1/2 C Coconut Water
1 C Frozen Blueberries
1/2 C Frozen Blackberries
1/2 C purple cabbage
1/2 Banana, frozen
1 C Kale or Spinach
1 tsp. Chia Seeds
1 tsp Spirulina

 

Directions:  Place liquid in blender, add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth!

Watermelon Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 C Watermelon chunks

1 C Blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1/2 C Coconut water

2 Tbsp. Pumpkin Seeds

1 C Kale or Spinach

1/2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil

1 tsp. Chia Seeds

1 tsp. Mint leaves, chopped (optional)

 

Directions:  Place all ingredients in blender. Blend well. Serve over ice and enjoy!

Emerald Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 C Frozen Pineapple

1 C Spinach

1 C Almond Milk (more for a smoother blend)
